IGM Cryo Woodturning Parting Chisel is used to make grooves, fine details and part material. Suitable for both beginners and professional turners. The 20×170 mm diamond-shaped blade made of M2 high-speed steel is cryogenically treated, ensuring longer life, increased edge retention, and extreme resistance to high temperatures compared to conventional chisels. Cryogenic M2 steel is tempered to 63-65 HRC and will not burn even when turning very hard, dried-up wood. Ergonomic handle from beech wood is sturdy for comfort and confidence when turning.
