Spiral cutter with two cutting edge design, in the lower part with upcut slope and upper part with downcut design. Excellent finish on both sides of the workpiece. Can be used on CNC machines and hand-held routers. Designed for template routing, panel sizing, and any routing operations in soft and hard wood, chipboard, MDF, plastics and laminates.

Spiral bits with downcut length I1 under 7mm are suitable more for mortising operations.

Spiral bit with a special DLCS chrome coating, similar to polycrystalline diamond. The DLCS coating guarantees higher hardness and durability and protects it from excessive overheating. The cutting edge is designed in a spiral achieving constant contact with a workpiece. That guarantees perfectly smooth finish, unlike ordinary cutters in which the contact with the material is interrupted.
