The M177 Diamond Cutters are designed for industrial use in all types of CNC machines. Ideal geometry for final finishes. Cutter life is approximately 50x longer than that of a standard tool with carbide HM edges. Ideal for finishing tasks and trimming materials such as DTD, melamine and laminate, MDF, HPL, paper and veneered DTD. Consider the type of operation and type of material before routing.

Axial tilt guarantees quality finish on the upper and lower edge. Larger diameter and front diamond teeth allow rabbeting. Ideal for solid wood.
